Thank you for shopping with Soromo’s Doll Supply™!
We offer both digital products and physical ready-to-wear doll clothes.
Please review the return and exchange policies for each product type below.


🖥️ Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

All digital pattern downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including accidental purchase or change of mind.
  • Please carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and compatibility notes before purchasing.
  • If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., a corrupted file or broken link), please contact us at soromosdollsupply@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly assist you.

 

👗 Physical Products (Ready-to-Wear Doll Clothes)

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of delivery.
  • All returns must include a completed return form, which can be obtained by contacting us at soromosdollsupply@gmail.com.
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Physical Items

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards and vouchers

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team to request a return form and instructions.
  • Include the completed return form in your package.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return once you receive the item.
